With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund equipment, parts, accessories, and clothing for the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Bicycles can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if in like new condition. If as determined by our service technicians that the bike is no longer brand new condition the return may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

The WTB Verdict is an aggressive, durable front-focused tire designed to handle loose, technical trails.
The Verdict tread pattern excels in the loosest, rowdiest conditions where relentless traction takes priority over rolling efficiency. Its toothy knobs dig into soft terrain and grapple through rocks and roots, while the flat profile keeps chunky outer knobs shoveling at all times. A substantial intermediate channel ensures multiple knob edges are able to bite when initiating a corner. Abundant open space between every knob allows the tread to dig through the driest days of summer and fling mud during the wettest months.
The Verdict features SG1 puncture protection under the tread cap and extra protection along the bead. TCS (Tubeless Compatible System) is WTB's standardized tubeless system. These tires feature a TCS tubeless-ready casing, which nearly eliminates flats and allows lower tire pressures to improve traction and comfort. TriTec blends three distinct rubber compounds to provide different levels of traction, support and durability. High durometer rubber provides a foundation for the entire tread pattern, while center knobs feature a medium durometer compound for traction and durability, and outer knobs feature the softest compound for maximum grip.
