With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund equipment, parts, accessories, and clothing for the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Bicycles can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if in like new condition. If as determined by our service technicians that the bike is no longer brand new condition the return may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

Introducing the new cushcore bead bro tire installation companion.
When installing bike tires, with or without Cushcore, often times the last bit of the tire is the most difficult part. There you are, with just the last few inches of bead to snap into the rim. Every time you lever a portion of bead into the rim, the other side, under tension, pops out. This can turn into an endless game leaving you wishing you had a third hand.
That's where the cushcore bead bro comes in. Simply clip it in between the tire bead and the rim, secure it to a spoke and "lock" it in with the set screw. It will securely hold the bead in place and free both of your hands to complete installing the remaining portion of the bead.
