With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund equipment, parts, accessories, and clothing for the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Bicycles can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if in like new condition. If as determined by our service technicians that the bike is no longer brand new condition the return may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

The KryptoLok 610 S Folding Lock folds into a conveniently small package to fit perfectly on accessory mounts.
The KryptoLok 610 S features 5mm hardened steel links for moderate security lock-ups. A durable rubber coating on the steel links protects the bike frame.
The lock includes a new click tight transport bracket for easy installation and removal with the press of a button. At 100cm long, it allows for locking around most racks and large tires. For head tube mounting, two additional M5-.08 x 16mm bolts are required (not included).
This model features a 6/10 security rating and is backed by Kryptonite's lifetime warranty and anti-theft protection offer.
