With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund equipment, parts, accessories, and clothing for the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Bicycles can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if in like new condition. If as determined by our service technicians that the bike is no longer brand new condition the return may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

The Cuscino features the most advanced foam ever used in bar tape, along with an extremely long-wearing and tacky top layer to provide ultimate comfort.
Inspired by advancements in running shoe foam and F1 tires, as well as research into rolling efficiency, impedance and damping, Silca realized that new materials technology could allow for a significant improvement in bar tape. Using a laminate of SILCAthane, SILCAlon and 3M Visco-elastic adhesive instead of a single foam extrusion, the tape can be optimized across a range of desired features. The resulting tape has a softer, more comfortable feel, higher wet and dry grip, better vibration isolation, and 3-5x the durability of existing tape materials.
Since the actual wrap of the tape can be as important as the tape itself, Silca has also developed a full adhesive-backed butterfly to better cover the back of the lever clamp area without adding bulk, a high-grip finishing tape and expanding aluminum/composite end plugs to ensure every detail is perfect.
