Cycle-CNY is our region’s premier mountain bike group hosting events, festivals, trail maintenance days, and continuously advocating for trail access in our region.\u00a0 They are a 501c(3) non-profit organization and IMBA chapter.\u00a0 They host a variety of rides all year long from beginner to advanced and have tons of opportunities for you to get involved in the community through rides and trail work. Check out the collection of local groups below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Friday Night Rides<\/strong>: We ride every Friday night from April 1st – October 31st.\u00a0 This is our more advanced mtb group ride. Unless otherwise listed the rides will leave from the shop at 5:30 and require a mountain bike. Some fitness is needed as all of our rides climb the surrounding hills. Many times we will split into a faster group and a more mellow group. This ride is a classic.\u00a0 Every week is something different and someplace new.\u00a0 The sights we get above the city are always well worth the climb to the top. Sunday Sessions<\/strong>: On one Sunday of every month we have our Sunday Sessions ride. This is a beginner focused group ride.\u00a0 It is great for people who want to get comfortable on their first mountain bike, young kiddos who are ready to shred, or folks that are looking to get back into it after some time away. We love to travel to and explore our regions unique riding locations.\u00a0 Click here to go to our group page. Tuesday Cruiseday<\/strong>: Every Tuesday we have a laid bike ride through the city – often leading us to Otsiningo Park. \u00a0 Bring your hybrid, your road bike – even your unicycle if that floats your boat.\u00a0 This ride is social, fun, and open to everyone.\u00a0 Leave from the shop at 6pm.\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
